Previous meetings have focused on analysis of existing traffic, land use and historic and natural resource conditions in the region, but at this meeting for the first time the public will get to see what traffic conditions could look like for Portsmouth and Kittery in the future. At the recent Stakeholder Committee meeting, the committee voted to accept the current draft of the study Purpose and Need Statement, which clearly outlines the needs and goals of the study.
