Shoreline Explorer Network (2006) http://www.shorelineexplorer.com/
- Eastern Trail runs through Kittery, Eliot, and S. Berwick, with links into York under discussion - Imagine walking - or biking - mostly through off-road woodland trails from Strawberry Banke in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Bug Light Park on Casco Bay in South Portland. The Eastern Trail, is an existing scenic on-road trail mostly following quiet country roads. Experienced bike riders and hikers can enjoy a beautiful 80+ mile journey from South Portland's Bug Light Park on Casco Bay to Kittery's Piscataqua River.
- New sidewalks (2005) in Eliot Village, from the elementary school to the library, and walking trails behind the school, behind the Town Hall (through the work of many, including the Eliot Community Services Department), and near the library (through the work of Great Works Regional Land Trust).
- New Route 1 Corridor Committee (2006) focuses on Route 1 from Kittery to Arundel.
