How can we measure our progress toward community health and human services goals?

For our Overweight/Obesity objective (which will be a 4th goal, imbedded behind the first page) Youth: Reduce the proportion of overweight or obese adolescents in York County from 11 % to 8% by 2015 (MYDAUS)
Adults: Reduce the proportion of adults who are overweight or obese in York County from 60.3% to 50% by 2015. (BRFSS)

Substance Abuse: Reduce the proportion of KEYS 6th graders who have used alcohol within the past 30 days from 8% to 5%.

AND, All 4 towns will have a municipal tobacco-free recreation policy.

I am waiting to hear from Crisis Response about the # of crisis contacts for our mental health objective indicator. I’ll give it to you both when I get it from Jen Goodwin-Alley.
