  8. Senior Friend Program at York Hospital, co-located with Choose to be Healthy
  9. NAMI Chapter in the KEYS region
  10. Mental Health Task Force
  11. Community Wellness Coalition (CWC) formed, with York Hospital leadership, in 1997, and affiliated with Maine Communities for Children and Youth in 1997, and with Maine Healthy Communities in 1998
