The Our Future By Design/Working Better Together project has been organized by the Community Wellness Coalition, with York Hospital as its founding agency, working in partnership with the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce, University of Maine Cooperative Extension, and Maine Sea Grant, and all of the other organizations represented on the KEYS Coordinating Council. The KEYS Forum is also co-sponsored by United Way of York County and United Way of the Greater Seacoast, each of which fund projects in the KEYS region. Our Future by Design is made possible by a grant from the Whaleback Fund and the GPCF Community Fund, two charitable giving partnerships of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, Piscataqua Region.
